I finally made a visit to one of my local herb stores, Cheryl's Herbs, located in nearby St. Louis, Missouri. I had visited their website several times but decided since I had plans in the city that I would just stop by the store.
The store was well stocked with packaged herbs, tea blends, oils, aromatherapy products, and so much more. It was hard to decide what to buy with so much to choose from. After browsing for a while I purchased a couple ounces of Yellow Dock Powder and some Burdock Root Purifying Tea {their most popular tea} along with some empty gel caps for making my own herbal capsules.
It's so convenient having a herb store to visit nearby and not always having to order online. I'm sure I will be visiting again soon. A lovely place to shop for herbs with friendly customer service. xx! MVC

Cheryl's Herbs not only has dry herbs but also, tea blends, oils, aromatherapy and herbal products and much more.

My Cheryl's Herbs haul and the medicinal benefits:
1. Yellow Dock Root Powder {wild} 2 oz.
Prepared as a tea, tonic or capsule. Rich in iron. Taken for pain and swelling {inflammation} of nasal passages, respiratory tract, for detoxification and as a laxative. Used in Dr. Sebi's Cell Food Bio Ferro Tonic.
2. Burdock Purifying Tea 2 oz.
Make into a tea. Burdock Purifying Tea is a tasty, mineral rich herbal blend that is full of herbs known to cleanse and support the blood, liver and skin. A blend of Burdock Root, Violet Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Red Clover Blossom and Leaf, and Lapacho Bark {Pau d' Arco}.
3. Gel Caps {size 00} 100 empty capsules.
Used in making your own herbal capsules.
