Another mini herb haul to share. Ordered a few Dr. Sebi Approved herbs from Alkaline Rainforest Herbs. Love this website! All of their herbs are wildcrafted, picked straight from the wild. Rare, hard to find plants from Belize, Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras. I received my order all the way from Belize in about two weeks.
Customs, I assume had inspected the package because each bag of herb had already been opened. The packaging could have definitely been better but other than that I was very satisfied with the herbs.
Their website is a treasure trove of alkaline herbs that aren't available from other herb stores. Since my last visit to their online store over a month ago I've noticed they have added more herbs and also offer herbs in capsules and powder form as well. I will be ordering again very soon! Prices are very fair. You can order by the leaf, the flower or by the amount of capsules you need. Makes it easy to sample as many herbs as you please. So, if there's an herb you've been looking for, especially an approved Dr. Sebi herb, they probably have it. You can visit their website at alkalinerainforestherbs.com.
My herb haul:

Sea Moss: also known as Irish Moss is Chondrus Crispus. It is a red algae plant that grows along the rocky coastal areas of the Atlantic ocean. In its natural state the color of sea moss can vary from greenish yellow, red, dark purple, and even purplish brown in color. Sea Moss is mineral rich providing 92 minerals of the 102 minerals of which the body is made of. Dr. Sebi highly recommended this herb.
Kalawalla Root: comes from a beautiful fern plant native to South America. Most widely known in the treatment of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease with amazing success. Protects nerve and brain tissue from disease. The root can be made into herbal capsules or steeped for tea. I will be taking this as a herbal tea.
Soursop Leaves: also known as Graviola, are the leaves from the Soursop evergreen tree. Native to tropical America, the tree also bears large edible fruit. The leaves are used to treat many types of cancer, stabilizes blood sugar, anti-aging, sleep aid, antibacterial, and a diuretic. You can use the leaves to apply to skin or steep the leaves for tea. I prefer it as a hot tea. Quite delicious with a lil' agave and lime for added flavor.
Hope you enjoyed my mini herb haul from Alklaine Rainforest Herbs. Where do you shop for herbs? Please do share!
xx! MVC
