Tamarind Juice Recipe

Dr. Sebi spoke about Tamarind Juice as an approved juice while fasting as an alternative to store bought juices {watch here}. This recipe is made using only alkaline ingredients that are Dr. Sebi approved.

Don't you just love a recipe that keeps things simple with only a few ingredients. You will need tamarind fruit, spring water, agave for my sweetener and key limes for taste {optional but highly recommended}. I used about 14 Tamarind fruit pods which made about 12 oz of juice.
