Sebians: Follow Dr. Sebi's African Bio Mineral Balance lifestyle by eating according to the alkaline foods listed on his nutritional guide while also excluding dairy, meat, or any other products derived from animals.

Vegans: No dairy, eggs or any other products derived from animals.

Vegetarians: No meat, poultry, game, fish, shellfish or by-products of slaughter.

Lacto-Ovo-Vegetarians: Eats dairy and eggs (the most common type of vegetarian diet).

Lacto-Vegetarians: Eats dairy but avoid eggs.

Pescatarians: Eat fish/shellfish but no meat.

Meat Reducers: Eats less meat on ethical/environmental

grounds.

Semi/Demi-Vegetarians: Occasionally include meat or poultry.
